- Perform Factory Acceptance Test for machine / equipment run off on behalf of buyers.
- Pre-shipment inspection of import and export commodities.
- Incoming material quality check.
- Machine safety audit for guarding and LOTO.
- Assessment on the repairing, upgrade or rebuild of facilities and equipment with insightful comparison for feasibility, costs, risks and ROI.
Factory Audit
- Conduct on site supplier pre-qualification assessment and compliance / conformance audit.
- Audit the effectiveness of the corrective actions.
- Perform in process quality control of manufacturing of product / equipment at manufacturers’ factories.
- Perform 3rd party PPAPat supplier’s site on behalf of customer.
Container Inspection & Survey
- Inspect / survey used containers at customer designated location.
- Perform on site in process quality control of the build of new containers.
